Let me tell you right now.... Some of the best customer service ever! Greg the owner is easy to get a hold of no matter what time of day or night. If a reapplication is needed for any reason, there is no hemming or hawing about how they cannot do it. In fact he tries best to squeeze you in ASAP. Lin, the lady who services our house is truly wonderful. Calls me every time before she comes out, even calls me after or leaves a message if I don't pick up. Lin pays attention to where breeding areas can occur, or where drainage issues might be (generally what mosquitos love). She takes the initiative and advises on to the customer on what HOA should be addressing and follows up. This is truly above and beyond. Thank you so much, never leave! ~ Richard C
